At Bays Sports, we believe that clear communication is the foundation of trust. Our policies are designed to ensure every custom order is processed with precision, quality, and complete transparency.
Order Confirmation
An order is only considered confirmed once the deposit of 50% is received and the final artwork is approved by the client.
Production Time
Standard production time is approximately 14-21 business days after confirmation, depending on order complexity and volume.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 15 pieces per style/design. For smaller quantities, additional surcharges may apply to cover setup costs.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any changes after approval may incur extra costs and delay delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom products are non-refundable. We only accept returns for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & Logistics
We provide global shipping via DHL/FedEx. Clients are responsible for any destination import duties unless otherwise agreed in the proforma invoice.

We accept bank wire transfers, T/T (telegraphic transfer), and PayPal (subject to transaction fees). For established clients with mutual trust, credit terms may be available upon review.
Yes, we can provide pre-production samples before full production. Sample costs are deducted from the final invoice once the bulk order is confirmed. Express shipping charges for samples are borne by the client.
We ship via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. We provide full tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.
Absolutely. We offer custom packaging solutions including poly bags with your brand, hang tags, size labels, and inner boxes. These services are tailored to your requirements and budget.
We match colors against Pantone TPX/TC standards provided by you. While we take every precaution to ensure color accuracy, slight variations may occur between different fabric compositions and dye lots.
Modifications are accepted only before production begins. Once artwork is approved and manufacturing has started, changes may incur additional charges and delay the delivery timeline.
