The Problem with Screen Printing
Screen printing applies thick layers of plastisol ink on top of the fabric. While great for heavy cotton t-shirts, it adds weight, reduces breathability, and eventually cracks and peels after repeated washes.
The Power of Sublimation
Sublimation uses heat to convert solid dye particles into a gas, which then bonds permanently with the polyester fibers of the jersey. This means the design is literally part of the fabric. It will never crack, peel, or fade, and it adds zero weight to the garment.
