AQL Standards
Professional factories use Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards. This involves random sampling of a batch during inline production and prior to shipping to check for stitching errors, sizing discrepancies, and color matching.
Third-Party Inspections
If you are placing a massive order, it is entirely reasonable to hire a third-party QC agency to visit the factory and inspect the goods before the final payment is released. A reputable factory will welcome this.
